I've been around a long time and I have been in the service industry myself and hands down this is the best service I've ever gotten. I had an emergency where a spigot outside my house broke off and I had to shut off the supply to the house. Literally no water. I called five companies and only one of them got back to me, Elite Plumbing. He showed up in less than an hour and spent hours fixing the faucet.
